The old Hong Kong Delight building on 11th in Coffeyville will soon reopen as a restaurant.
Coffeyville Chamber of Commerce Director Candi Westbrook says the orange Hibachi truck on 8th has new owners and will be moving into the former Chinese restaurant.
An opening date has not yet been announced, but Westbrook says the owners plan to keep the food truck running while the restaurant gets ready to open.
