Hundreds attend Coffeyville's National Night Out.

 

Last night's community event at Big Hill Splash drew 538 people as of 7 p.m.  Lieutenant Kyle Hand with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department says events like this are great for public relations.

 

Local first responders were on hand in addition to community organizations, and free swimming was available all evening. National Night Out takes place across the country on the first Tuesday in August.
