A Dewey man is dead after being struck by a car while walking along an Oklahoma highway on Saturday night.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 74-year-old William Ogans was walking along State Highway 123 between Bartlesville and Dewey around 9:45 on Saturday night when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 61-year-old female. Ogans suffered fatal injuries in the accident.
