"Play Streets" Tomorrow in Fredonia

The Wilson County Courthouse lawn will be the center of activity tomorrow for a family event.

K-State's Wildcat Extension District is organizing a program called “Play Streets” as a back-to-school bash for the Fredonia area. Extension Agent Cheri Nelsen says the goal is to create an atmosphere for family fun.

All are encouraged to bring bikes, yard games and toys to share in the day of play. There will be giant Jenga, Connect 4, jump rope, hula-hoops and much more. Everything is tomorrow from 9 to noon on the courthouse lawn in Fredonia.
