A Bartlesville man is arrested on multiple charges, including his sixth felony DUI charge.
48-year-old Daniel Baginski also faces charges of transporting an open container, driving with a canceled or suspended license and failure to maintain security or insurance after the July 25th incident.
According to the affidavit, officers observed Baginski swerve into the westbound lanes of Tuxedo Blvd. The ensuing traffic stop led to deputies observing Baginski with red and watery eyes. He didn't have a valid driver's license, and his insurance was showing "advisory."
Baginski allegedly fell asleep in the driver's seat during the stop and performed poorly on standard field sobriety tests. A vehicle search led to the discovery of open and unopened vodka shooters.
Baginski's bond was set at $50,000, and was ordered to have no alcohol or go to an establishment that serves alcohol. If Baginski makes his bond, he is to have an interlock device installed.
Baginski's next court date is scheduled for August 8th.
