The Crawford County Fair gets started today with a full weekend of activities on the horizon.

 

Today, poultry and rabbit shows will occupy the morning hours at 9 a.m., followed by Barnyard Olympics at 2 and the sheep show tonight at 5.

 

Evening entertainment includes the Coal Miners Rodeo tonight and tomorrow starting at 8 p.m. nightly, featuring special performances by PRCA Comedy Act of the Year Bert Davis and the Ozarks' Renegade Trick Riders.

 

Bull riding will be Friday followed by the demo derby on Saturday. It's all happening at the Crawford County Fairgrounds in Girard.
