At yesterday's Osage County Commission meeting, commissioners heard an update on the courthouse annex project from the man overseeing the construction.
Dalton Higgins says there have been a few minor setbacks and that has forced the original September substantial completion date back to an October substantial completion date. Higgins says he expects offices to be fully functional and operational in early to mid-November.
Higgins says that from a budgetary perspective, everything looks like it did when the commission first approved the scope of work. He said there had to be a few changes, but it fit within the contingency items of the budget.
