The City of Cherryvale reminds residents with ATV permits that the stickers will expire on Thursday.

Those wanting to renew permits required to operate ATVs on city streets should do so at City Hall. Registrants will need proof of insurance and a valid driver's license. The ATV permit fee is $30, and it is valid through July 31, 2026.

The permit allows for the legal operation of ATVs Sunday through Thursday from 6am to 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 6am to midnight. Drivers must have a valid license and, for those operating after dark, vehicles must have headlights, taillights, and turn signals. The Cherryvale City Hall is located at 123 West Main in Cherryvale.
