The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Fort Scott Police Department arrest a Fort Scott man for child sex crimes.

Yesterday afternoon, KBI agents and the Fort Scott Police Department arrested 24-year-old Micheal Olkowski for sexual exploitation of a child and aggravated internet trading in child pornography. The KBI Child Victims Unit began investigating after multiple cyber tips were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in July.

Following the arrest, Olkowski was booked into the Bourbon County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
