The Chautauqua County fair is getting underway.
Today, KGGF staff will broadcast live from the fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to noon on US 98. The rabbit and poultry show will take place today at 11, with the free BBQ and bean feed tonight at 5:30. The bucket calf show will be tonight at 6 and the beef show will be at 7. Rides also be available starting tonight through Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. All events take place at the fairgrounds in Sedan.
The Wilson County fair also continues today with exhibit judging, plus a rabbit and poultry show at 2 and the swine show at 7.
At the Labette County Fair, the horse show will be today at 7 p.m. with bull riding coming up tomorrow starting at 8 p.m. in Oswego.
Livestock entries and weigh-ins will be tonight from 7:30 to 9 for the Montgomery County fair in Independence.
Finally, the Neosho County Fair begins today with the opening ceremony and royalty coronation at 11 and the sheep show tonight at 7 in Erie.
