It's a big weekend for county fairs around the area.

 

The Elk County Fair parade will take place tomorrow at 11 a.m. followed by turtle races at noon and a bean and watermelon feed starting at 5:30 in Howard.

 

Livestock events continue at the Cherokee County Fair with the premium sale coming up tomorrow at 7 p.m.

 

Pre-fair activities continue at the Labette County Fair ahead of next week's events with the 4-H Horse Show tomorrow at 8 a.m. and the dog show at 5 p.m. in Oswego.

 

The Wilson County Fair will also take place all next week, with the 4-H horse show coming up tomorrow at 8 a.m. in Fredonia.

 

Clothing judging will take place tomorrow at 9 a.m. in Cedar Vale ahead of main fair activities next week for the Chautauqua County Fair.
