The USD 446 School Board is set to meet this evening while entertaining a light agenda.

Up for discussion at this evening's meeting is the resignation of three district employees while board members are also expected to approve the hiring of eleven new people in a variety of support staff positions. Members will also select a new president and vice-president of the school board while also choosing new representatives for the Tri-County Special Education Cooperative and the Kansas Association of School Boards.

Tonight's meeting begins at 6pm in the library at Independence High School. The public is invited to attend.
