Severe storms have developed across portions of the KGGF listening area this evening.  Chances of severe weather are on the decrease this evening.  Rain and thunderstorms are still in the forecast for the early morning hours tomorrow.  There is expected to be a break in the rain during the afternoon hours, then rain chances will increase up to around 27% percent in the evening.

Rain is in the forecast this weekend as Coffeyville gears up for several outdoor events.

 

Rain should hold off for tonight's outdoor movie at the Midland Theater, as chances won't ramp up until after 10 p.m. If storms develop tonight, they're expected to be isolated.

 

For the Summer Celebration forecast, rain chances will increase to about 60% by 6 a.m. tomorrow and continue through around 7 p.m., dropping off to 25% through midnight.
