The City of Coffeyville is making plans to upgrade and improve seven streets between 11th and 12th Streets.
Director of Engineering Thomas Osborn says the city as a whole has been working on making improvements to the streets. Osborn says the cost of the service is not to exceed $140,000.
In other business, the Commission approved the use of grant funds to purchase and install 541 street lights throughout Coffeyville.
