A suspect in a Kansas kidnapping is arrested in Owasso, OK.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office contacted the Owasso police department regarding a suspect wanted for aggravated kidnapping. The suspect – identified as Jamie Black – was arrested near 3rd and Beaumont Streets in Owasso on Monday.
Black is currently being held in the Tulsa County Jail on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He will remain in custody as he awaits extradition to Kansas.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has released no additional details on the case.
