The Schedule for this year's Coffeyville Summer Celebration is being released.

 

The event this Saturday gets started with a 5K and 1-mile run and walk at 7:30 and car and kiddie car show registration at 8 a.m. Some new additions include camel rides will open at 10 a.m. along with water slides.

 

Organizer Gail Smith says the cornhole tournament will be going on with help from South Coffeyville.

 

Cornhole registration opens at noon along with poker run registration. Local bands will take the stage starting at 5:30 with the fireworks starting at 9:45. KGGF staff will be broadcasting live during Open Line from 9 to 11 a.m. and in the evening on US-98. Make sure you tune in the fireworks soundtrack as well on 98.1 FM.
