Parsons Woman Arrested for Multiple Offender Registration Violations

A Parsons woman in under arrest following multiple violations of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.

47-year-old Angela Hall was taken into custody last week by the Parsons Police Department after a routine compliance check in June revealed she had failed to renew her Kansas identification card along with several fraudulent address registrations. Hall is required to register as a drug offender through July 14, 2035, following a 2018 conviction for distribution of heroin in Franklin County. During a recorded interview with police, Hall confirmed several violations and stated she had failed to update her registration due to homelessness and confusion about the registration process. She now faces 4 counts of Aggravated Violation of the Registered Offender Act and 14 additional counts of Violation of the Registered Offender Act.

Hall was booked into the Parsons Police Department Lock-Up where she awaits formal charging.
