A Bartlesville man faces a charge of domestic abuse by assault and battery after an incident earlier this month.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Joseph Naylor was charged Thursday for the offense.
June 8th, Naylor allegedly got into an altercation with the victim and shoved them into a table, breaking the table and knocking over a lamp. The victim allegedly had injuries consistent with their story.
Naylor has previous felony convictions in 2017 and 2021 for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and was previously charged with domestic abuse in January 2025.
Naylor's bond is set at $25,000; his next court appearance is set for July 9.
