A McDonald County, MO man is accused of killing his brother as he took him to work.
McDonald County Sheriff Rob Evenson says deputies responded to the reported shooting around 8:30 a.m. yesterday morning on Canning Factory Road south of Anderson.
56-year-old Brian Hole was arrested and charged with voluntary Manslaughter and armed criminal action. Investigators say Hole went to take his brother to work when an argument took place. The argument turned physical.
After initial questioning, Hole asked for an attorney, which ended the interview.
