The Independence Community Crisis Team is getting ready for their second Christmas in July. Team Member Sam Hilger says last year they had a ton of success.

Applications to be sponsored can be picked up and turned in at the Community Access Center in Independence. Those applications are due by Saturday. Hilger says they have already begun pairing up sponsors with the families that applied.
