The Kansas Bureau of Investigation intercepts a package containing an illegal shipment of marijuana products.

Last week, KBI agents in the K-9 unit investigated a suspicious package that was shipped across state lines. The package was found to contain several jars of a THC concentrate weighing around 26 pounds. The estimated value of the marijuana concentrate, if sold, would be over $300,000.

The transportation, shipping or mailing of marijuana, cannabis or other THC products across state lines is a violation of federal law. This shipment also violates Kansas marijuana laws. At this time, no arrests have been made. This investigation is ongoing.
