Broken Arrow Man Charged With CDS Possession

A Broken Arrow man faces drug charges after allegedly possessing meth.

39-year-old Joshua Krepps was charged Monday with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after an incident June 22nd.

Bartlesville Police says Krepps was pulled over for having a defective passenger brake light. He allegedly did not stop when police attempted to initiate a traffic stop, and was seen moving items with another individual in the car.

The BPD officer initiating the traffic stop allegedly saw a crystal-like substance crushed in the passenger floorboard, and two plastic baggies in the floorboard on the driver's side. The substances tested positive for meth and weighed 4.5 grams.

Krepps will appear in court again July 30; he posted a $1,500 bond.
