Go Fund Me Set Up for Oklahoma Teen Killed in Crash with Train

One girl is dead and another seriously injured after a train collides with a car in Mayes County.

The crash happened just after 7:00pm on West 430 Road just off Highway 69, about a mile south of Adair. A 2022 Kia Sorrento, driven by 16-year-old Isabella Glaze-Logos of Adair, failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a Union Pacific train. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by MESTA EMS. A 15-year-old passenger in the SUV, also from Adair, was flown by Tulsa LifeFlight to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was admitted in poor condition with multiple injuries.

None of the crew on the UP train were injured in the collision. The crash remains under investigation.

A GoFundMe has been set up for funeral expenses for Glaze-Logos.  A link to that can be found here.
