A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge and multiple misdemeanor charges after allegedly possessing a sawed-off shotgun.
24-year-old Alex Boston was charged last Friday with possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without a valid driver's license and other traffic infractions, after the June 16th incident.
Bartlesville Police says Boston was pulled over for having a brake light out. While the officer was conducting the traffic stop, officers allegedly located marijuana and a glass pipe. Further search of the vehicle found two boxes of shotgun shells and a sawed-off shotgun. The cut was allegedly approximately three inches under the legal limit.
Boston will appear in court again July 11th; his bond is set at $5,000.
