The Grand River Dam Authority is investigating a drowning in Adair County.

Authorities say a man has gone missing along the Illinois River near Talequah. G-R-D-A began searching the river in the area of the Chewey Bridge around 5pm yesterday evening. So far, no evidence of the missing man has been discovered.

Authorities have not released the identity of the missing man as the search for him continues.
