An Oklahoma man is dead after slipping into the waters of Keystone Lake west of Tulsa on Friday night.

Troopers from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say  58-year-old Ian Galloway of Edmond stepped off the back of a boat or dock just before midnight on Friday and fell into the water. Witnesses report that the man never resurfaced. Galloway was not wearing a life jacket when the incident occurred.

Authorities are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
