After last night's storms, the Caney River is expected to reach flood stage at around 7:00pm tonight in Bartlesville. Washington County Emergency Manager Kary Cox says he expects damage to be minimal.

In Ramona, Cox says the Caney River will crest shortly after midnight at two feet above flood stage, causing a little bit more of an issue. Cox says damage over the next few days will depend on what happens with storms that are predicted for tonight and this weekend.

As of 8am this morning, Caney River levels were at eight feet. A flood warning is in affect until after midnight for Washington County.
