Northeast Oklahoma sees a lot of rain from overnight storms, with parts of Nowata County seeing more than two and a half inches.

Emergency Manager Laurie Summers says people should know which areas to avoid after previous storms.  Summers says it's important to use caution when driving through high waters. Nowata County has already declared an emergency this spring after flood damage from previous storms.
