A special meeting of the Caney City Council will be held tonight at 6:30pm, concerning the number of members necessary on the city council.
The discussion will include charter ordinance 34 to reduce the number of council members from eight to four. Possible discussion could include changing to all at large bids for the council instead of the ward system currently in place.
The special meeting begins tonight at 6:30 at Caney City Hall, located at 100 West 4th Avenue.
