A Bartlesville man faces charges of animal cruelty and assault.
34-year-old Jeremy Barber was charged earlier this week with felony cruelty to animals and misdemeanor assault and battery. The charges stem from a May 22 incident in which Barber is accused of entering into an altercation with another person. Barber allegedly struck the victim multiple times and then repeatedly kicked the victim's dog.
His next court date is set for June 13th. His bond was set at $10,000.
