A high-speed chase comes through Coffeyville.
Last night around 7:20, law enforcement in Montgomery County was alerted that Labette County was in pursuit of a vehicle headed into the county. The suspect was reportedly driving more than 100 mph at times and ran several vehicles off the road.
The suspect eventually came through Coffeyville around 7:45 on 1st Street to 4th Street and finally made it to 166 according to witnesses. At Tyro, the suspect headed south into Oklahoma before finally wrecking at the intersection of NS 404 and EW 5 in Oklahoma.
