The City of Coffeyville reminds residents that Memorial Day flowers must be picked up from cemeteries in the city by dusk on Sunday.
Anyone who placed flowers or decorations on graves at Elmwood, Fairview, and Restlawn cemeteries needs to pick them up by Sunday evening, June 1st. This helps the Cemetery Parks Crews keep the grounds clean and well-maintained for all visitors. The City notes that this does not apply to flowers placed in permanent vases.
