A Bartlesville man is facing a DUI charge in Washington County.
Bartlesville Police officers saw Stanley Arnold swerving through both lanes of traffic multiple times. Deputies also noted Arnold almost hit with a street sign. According to BPD, when Arnold was pulling over, he jumped a curb. BPD says Arnold told them that he had not drank any alcohol that night, but had the odor of alcohol on his breath and slurred speech. When asked to get out of the vehicle, he used his truck to balance himself and was unable to perform standard field sobriety tests.
Deputies placed Arnold in a patrol vehicle, read him implied consent and took him to the jail. He has a previous DUI out of Tulsa County along with other charges from surrounding states.
