Nowata County Commissioners approve an agreement with the Green Country Workforce Development Board.

The move came at this week's Nowata County Commission meeting. Commissioner Troy Friddle says the move is good for the county.

In other business, commissioners awarded a bid for the sale of various equipment and approved a donation from the 911 Trust Authority for a utility building. The board is expected to vote on a resolution to insulate a utility building for Nowata County Emergency Management in next week's meeting on June 2.
