Day one of the Wilson County Pro Rodeo is in the books, with a total payout of $10,285.

 

Hundreds attended the event and Wilson County Fair and Rodeo Committee Treasurer Kris Marple says the weather held off for yesterday's events.

 

Pro Rodeo Announcer Brandon McLagan says he always enjoys the Wilson County Rodeo and thinks that it provides some of the best family entertainment around.
