Severe Weather Cause Damage Across Kansas

 

Severe weather this week leaves storm damage across the state of Kansas.

 

On Sunday night, a tornado touched down in Kiowa County near Greensburg and moved into Reno County where it caused damage in the City of Plevna, causing damage to homes, trees and power lines. Similar damage was reported in Pratt County in western Kansas, while 15 homes were lost in the City of Grinnell in Gove County.

 

Despite the significant property damage, no lives were lost and no injuries were reported.
