A 20-year-old man is in custody in connection to a break-in at a Girard restaurant.

The Crawford County Sheriff's Office says the suspect allegedly broke a window at the Highway Inn on West St. John Street in Girard. The restaurant says someone entered the establishment and stole some eggs and hashbrowns.

Authorities have not yet released the suspect's name and formal charges have yet to be filed.
