The Montgomery County Action Council reports good indicators for business in the area.

 

MAC Executive Director Melissa Johnson spoke recently at the Montgomery County Commission meeting. Johnson highlighted for the commission the purpose of Mac, which is to collaborate with local and regional partners to attract new business investment and encourage expansion of existing companies. Johnson says the group also works with lawmakers.

 

Johnson says another key focus is helping companies bring new employees to the area.

 

Johnson also highlighted areas in Montgomery County that have recently opened for possible expansion.
