The Mayes County Health Department is holding free diabetes education classes.

 

The classes will cover topics such as understanding the effects of diabetes, how to make healthy food choices, glucose monitoring, and how to create and achieve personal goals. The classes will be held on Wednesdays from 10 to 11:30am at the Mayes County Health Department located at 111 Northeast First Street in Pryor, Oklahoma, until June 4.
