You can help out hungry people in the community this weekend and you don't even have to leave the house.
The annual Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is tomorrow across the nation. To participate, just leave non-perishable canned food items next to your mailbox and letter carriers will pick them up. The event is in its 33rd year and is the largest one-day food drive in the nation. Locally, food items are usually given to Genesis and the Salvation Army.
