The deadline for second-half property taxes in Montgomery County is Monday.
2024 taxes on real estate, personal property, gas, oil, 16/20M trucks, and watercraft are due on Monday. Payments can be made to the Montgomery County Treasurer's Office at the courthouse in Independence or at the Auto Tag Office in Coffeyville. For citizens paying by mail, your payment must be postmarked by May 12.
