A Bartlesville man faces charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle in Washington County.

 

45-year-old Jonathan Romine is accused of using a vehicle he was not given permission to drive. The charges stem from an April 30 incident in which Romine is alleged to have taken the vehicle of an individual in whose home he was staying. An affidavit states that while Romine had a key to the vehicle, the owner did not given him permission to drive the auto. Romine was eventually located in Montgomery County and was taken into custody.

 

He is currently being held in the Washington County jail on a $10,000 bond.
