Two railroad workers in Tulsa are rescued after their boat capsizes in the Arkansas River.
The two construction workers were riding in a small boat to put some equipment in place on Tuesday morning when a strong current in the river overwhelmed their watercraft. Both men were wearing life jackets at the time and were carried downstream by the rushing waters.
Both were pulled from the water by Tulsa Fire Water Rescue just before noon on Tuesday. Neither man was reported to have been injured in the incident.
