Repairs are in order for a fire engine in Cherryvale.
At this week's City Council Meeting, emergency repairs were approved for Engine 502. Cherryvale City Administrator Michael Hall says a problem was discovered during routine maintenance.
The repair costs total $8,300. In other business, the ordinance for annexing Fairview Cemetery received final approval. The council also approved bids for haying of city properties.
