Police in Miami respond to reports of a suicide at the Miami Integris Hospital.

The incident occurred shortly before noon on Friday when a Tulsa man in his early 30s took his own life via a gunshot in the hospital parking lot.  Officers quickly secured the scene and arrangements were made for the victim. No other details – including the identity of the man – have been released.
