The Kansas Department of Transportation will begin a project near Elk Falls on Monday.

 

KDOT will begin repair work on the Elk River bridge on US-160 just east of Elk Falls on Monday morning. Traffic on the bridge will be reduced to one 12-foot-wide lane with signal lights to direct vehicles through the work zone. Delays of fifteen minutes or less are expected.

 

Construction is expected to be complete sometime in October.
