A Minnesota woman is dead following a head-on collision is southwestern Kansas.

35-year-old Ashley Brooker of Stillwater, Minnesota, died yesterday in a collision on US-54 near Meade. Brooker was traveling westbound just before 5pm when her vehicle went left-of-center for an unknown reason and struck another vehicle head-on. She was taken to St Catherine's Hospital in Dodge City where she died from her injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle, 49-year-old Korin Hutchisson of El Paso, Texas, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
