A Bartlesville man is in custody following a domestic incident.
32-year-old James Connine was charged yesterday in Washington County with domestic abuse by strangulation, malicious injury to property, disrupting an emergency call and breaking and entering a dwelling.
Police say Connine allegedly attempted to strangle the victim after the two were involved in a brief altercation.
Connine's next court appearance will be on May 23rd. His bond has been set at $50,000.
