An Arma man enters a plea of No Contest to child sex crime charges.
20-year-old Logan Stansbury entered his plea in a Crawford County courtroom yesterday. Court documents indicate that the incident happened around February 17, 2024, when Stansbury had intercourse with a minor who was between the ages of 14 and 16 years of age. His No Contest plea means that Stansbury agrees to accept the consequences of a conviction without admitting guilt. His sentencing is set for July 2.
Stansbury could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for the charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
