A Bartlesville man is facing a misdemeanor charge after stabbing the tires of a police car with a pocketknife.
27-year-old Cecil Oakley was charged with malicious destruction of property. According to the Bartlesville Police Department, Oakley stabbed the tires of the same police car on four different occasions. When police approached Oakley on Saturday, he told police that it was the fourth time he had stabbed the tires.
Oakley had the same pocketknife in his pocket when he was arrested. He will appear in court again on April 30th at 9:00am and his bond is set at $5,000.
